Cairn Elixir, in close collaboration with the
Kunphen Tibetan Medicine Centers in 
KTM Valley (Nepal) and in Nyalam Tibet
(TAR/China), as well as in affiliation (MoU)
with the UCL/ANSO/LAAP (Be), ISI-CNV (Fr)
and SXC/SXSSC (St- Xavier's KTM/Nepal)
has recently organized an open menu of 
three years ECTS/ECDL credits in Adult 
Continuous Education (European Union
postgraduate field-studies & courses) for
researchers and students in Anthropology
under the Options : Arts & Humanities,
Tibetan Medicine and Psychology, which
includes training in Digital Archives Systems. 

Although first aimed to answer the requests 
from certified medical doctors, psychologists
and therapists, this programme is also open,
as Adult Education / Open Learning scheme
to all interested person. 

Cairn Elixir also organizes field-studies, 
seminars, conferences and retreats in
Tibetan Traditional Healing, Dzogchen
and yoga practices.

Cairn Elixir / Kunphen training curriculum 
Traditional Tibetan Medicine, Philosophy 
and Psychology is an open menu of options
which include: theoretical basis, practice, 
methods of diagnosis, treatment through 
diet, behavior, herbal products, internal 
and external therapies, yoga, Tsa-rlung 
therapy and Buddhist methods of spiritual
healing. 

These also include a short-list of Dharma 
options, linkages and retreats with selected
Rimpoches, Lamas, Geshes and Amchis. 

The course are scheduled in Nepal during
the whole year and in the EU at specific
Seminars in France, UK and Belgium.

This is a three year course for certified 
psychologists, doctors and psychotherapists.

It's main objective is to provide the field-
experience, cultural immersion, embodiment 
and knowledge need by practicioners who are
interested to approach Tibetan psychology 
in an innovative synthesis of ancient methods
and meditation techniques.

traditional heritage of Healing and

Similar to the Nadis, Reiki and Acupuncture
channels, the Tsa-Lung channels are literally
found in Tibetan scriptures dealing with the
 'channels-wind' . They are also called 'hand 
healing', being energy projection/visualization

Based on the ancient Tibetan medical 
tradition, these care for the inner body 
through caring for the outer body. 

In combination with medicinal pills, fasting, 
massages, baths with various essences,
yogas, contemplation of healing paintings 
and visualisation are proposed as technics 
for healing and rejuvenation. 

These technics pay attention to the body 
energy and the channels through which it 
travels, including the relation between the
locations on the outside of our body and 
our major organs.

Participants may be prepared by exercises, 
relaxation and meditation. Mantras and
